Vinyl Decals are Die Cut images on a sheet of vinyl ranging from one to many colors in many shapes and sizes. Die cutting is to cut with a plotter machine (Vinyl Cutter). A plotter has a small extremely sharp razor that cuts a decal out. The design is cut onto a thin vinyl material with a piece wax paper backing known as liner paper.
